Mobility - Physical Characteristics screen

The physical characteristics screen is the most important tool in ​determining your body’s physical capabilities to efficiently swing the golf ​club.The results of this assessment directly correlate to the technical ​elements of a player’s swing. For example:


  • Hip mobility limitations in your back swing can lead to many swing ​characteristics that may cause you to “come over the top”
  • A lack of shoulder mobility may be affecting your ability to get the ​club on “plane”
  • Lack of Thoracic mobility effecting your ability to rotate may be the ​cause or your “Sway/ Slide”
  • Is a lack of stability causing you to put strain on your back?


The physical screen helps us determine what areas of mobility and ​stability we need to focus on to build your personalized program that will ​set you up to swing the club more efficiently.

Strength & Speed - Fitness/power screen

The fitness/power screen is design to determine your physical strengths ​and weaknesses specific to golf. This allows us to optimize our training ​and focus on the specific areas we need to improve. Key questions this ​screen will help to determine include:


  • Do YOU have sufficient leg strength?
  • Do YOU have sufficient pull strength?
  • Do YOU have sufficient push strength?
  • Do YOU have lower body POWER?
  • Do YOU have upper body POWER?
  • Do YOU have rotational POWER?


All these factors determine how fast and efficiently you can swing the ​clubs. Want to swing faster and hit the ball further? Train smarter by ​pinpointing the areas you need to improve!



Meet Your trainer:

Growing up with a love for all sports, Adrian has been a sports scientist and strength ​and conditioning coach in London, New York and Brisbane working with athletes ​across a range of different sporting disciplines for more than 20 years.


Taking up golf in his mid-twenties, the obsession grew fast and strong as did his academic desire to ​learn more about the strength and fitness required to play well and pain free. Now residing in Brisbane ​with his family, and having completed his studies with the Titliest Performance Institute (TPI) in ​California, Adrian combines his technical expertise with his years of knowledge and experience as a ​personal trainer to help players of all abilities get stronger and fitter to enjoy the game of golf, hit the ​ball further and stay healthy - reaching their full potential.


Adrian's Qualifications:

  • Degree: BA Sport and Exercise Science
  • USA National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • TPI Level 1, Fitness Level 2 and 3
  • TPI Golf Level 2
