Growing up with a love for all sports, Adrian has been a sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach in London, New York and Brisbane working with athletes across a range of different sporting disciplines for more than 20 years.
Taking up golf in his mid-twenties, the obsession grew fast and strong as did his academic desire to learn more about the strength and fitness required to play well and pain free. Now residing in Brisbane with his family, and having completed his studies with the Titliest Performance Institute (TPI) in California, Adrian combines his technical expertise with his years of knowledge and experience as a personal trainer to help players of all abilities get stronger and fitter to enjoy the game of golf, hit the ball further and stay healthy - reaching their full potential.
